Use Safety Bucks for Prescription Safety Glasses!

Safety Bucks may also be redeemed as a reimbursement for Prescription Safety Glasses per the following guidelines:

• Safety Bucks may be redeemed as a reimbursement for 1 pair of prescription safety glasses per year from any vendor of the Employee’s choosing 
• Must be rated by ANSI Z87.1 impact test. 
• Z87.1 must be on Safety Glass frame. 
• Z87.1 preferred on invoice or receipt, may need a picture of safety glass frame as proof. 
• Reimbursement will occur within two (2) weeks of receipt submission for the total amount of the purchase up to the Safety Bucks balance available in the employee’s account at the time of reimbursement.
• No subsequent reimbursement payments will be made if the cost of the glasses exceeds the Safety Bucks balance.
• Please submit receipt for glasses only, no other items listed on receipt.
